Domino guarantees high availability for Ferag production installations throughout their service life. Service contracts, analyses, expert reviews and overhauls guarantee high availability and reduce maintenance costs.
As part of the RetroFit concept, the separate components of a Ferag system are brought fully up to date by the use of conversion kits. The service life of the installation is extended for years to come, and the availability of original spare parts is once again secured over the long term.
The services also include software maintenance contracts and support agreements for the control systems. Software maintenance contracts cover remote support, 24/7 telephone support and free software updates. In the case of the support agreements, 24/7 telephone support also applies. After authorization by the customer, Ferag technicians gain access up to the machine control level via a VPN connection.
